What others say
“I have no hesitation in recommending this business. The work was excellent as they had to work in a confined space and were really careful not to do any damage. They cleaned up after, did an excellent job on cutting and shaping a couple of trees for me as well as removing others. Really professional, lovely staff and I thought great value.”
Meredith Stephenson

Arborist Report & Tree Management FAQs
What is an arborist report?
An arborist report is a detailed document prepared by a certified arborist that evaluates the health and condition of a tree or group of trees. It includes tree identification, a health/structural assessment, site evaluation, and recommendations for actions to improve tree health, canopy pruning, or tree removal.
What is a tree risk assessment?
A tree risk assessment is a systematic process to evaluate the risk presented by a tree and to discuss management options to reduce the associated risk. It involves a thorough inspection of the tree’s health and structure, identifying defects, diseases, and pests, and analysing the likelihood of failure. The assessment also considers potential targets, such as people and property, determining the impact of a possible tree failure. Based on these factors, a risk rating is assigned, and recommendations for risk mitigation, like pruning, cabling, or removal, are provided.
How much does an arborist report and/or tree risk assessment cost?
The cost of an arborist report and/or tree risk assessment varies depending on several factors, including the size and number of trees, the complexity of the assessment and the site location. For a one tree risk assessment, verbal advice and brief written summary, the cost is generally around $300, while for a detailed report on one tree for submission to Council the cost is approx. $600. A detailed assessment of all trees on most residential sites will generally cost up to $2000.
