We’re Proper Tree Care

Sure, we know a lot about trees, but it’s more than that.
We give you solutions that serve your goals AND support the environment.

Sustainable solutions

There’s more to tree work than just chopping and grinding. At Proper Tree Care we’re committed to sustainable practices that support our natural environment.

Tapping into our diverse skill-set and range of service options, we’ll find solutions that deliver the best outcome for you and your landscape.

If there’s a way to protect and preserve the life of your trees while meeting every one of your needs, we’ll find it.

Proper Tree Care – Our Story

Proper Tree Care may be a small, family-run business in Melbourne, but we’ve learned from some of the best arborists in the world.

Owner, Jordan Preece launched the business in 2021 after spending more than 10 years working in the industry in different locations around Australia and the UK.

His exposure to a wide range of different trees, terrains and industry-leading techniques laid the foundation for Proper Tree Care’s core values:

Responsible and ethical management of trees
Environment preservation
Honesty and transparency
Personalised service
Safety at every step

A cut above the rest

Did you know, not all professional tree workers trim, prune and dismantle trees in line with Australian Standards?

We do.

That means healthier, happier, safer trees now and into the future.

Specialisms

We specialise in high climbing and difficult access – technical work in hard-to-reach locations are what we do best.

From the tallest trees, to the smallest access points, we use top-of-the-range equipment and the unique skill-set of our team to trim, prune, grind, maintain and remove hazardous trees – safely and efficiently every time.
